TREAT Medspa: Shipping Policy

At TREAT Medspa, we want your skincare and wellness products to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for all online orders placed through ShopTreatMedspa.com.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and carrier selection.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they’ve been processed. Please contact hello@treatmedspa.com immediately if you need assistance — we’ll do our best to help before fulfillment begins.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please confirm your shipping address and check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.

  • If your package is still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • TREAT Medspa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the medical-grade nature of our skincare and wellness products, all sales are final.
Exchanges or store credit may be issued for unopened products returned within 7 days with a receipt and management approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@treatmedspa.com with your order number and photos of the product. Our team will review and assist with a replacement or store credit.
