TREAT Medspa — Product Refund Policy

TREAT Medspa hopes you will be delighted with your order. Due to the medical-grade nature of our skincare and wellness products, all product sales are final.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Unopened products may be exchanged or issued store credit within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

  • Promotional, discounted, or special-order items are final sale.

Online Purchases

Products purchased online through ShopTreatMedspa.com must follow our return procedures and shipping policies.

  • If returning an unopened or unused product, you must first email hello@treatmedspa.com for authorization.

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping label.

  • Approved returns may be mailed to:

  • Alternatively, products may be returned in person during business hours:
    Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (excluding holidays).
